Connolly's RED MILLS have been producing animal feeds since 1908 in Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny. The UK is our largest export market and is an integral part of our corporate development plan. We have an established UK customer base across both Pet Food, Equine Feeds and supplements under the company name Foran Healthcare. We are focused on growing and developing our UK market share by building brand awareness, increasing availability and offering market leading products & service. We require a Marketing Executive to support or sales and marketing teams within the UK.

The Role
The role will involve supporting the UK Marketing Manager and the sales team in the development of both pet & equine sales in the UK. They will be involved in the execution of the marketing strategy across the core functions of the business.

This role will report to the UK Marketing Manager. This role is based in Wymeswold, LE12 6SD, UK.

Key Accountabilities
 Support the sales function with the implementation of marketing initiatives
 Manage the production of marketing materials including, brochures, adverts, leaflets,
flyers, e-newsletters, POS etc.
 Liaise with external stakeholders to coordinate marketing plans
 Assist with the management and delivery of events
 Monitor and report on competitor activity
 Tracking and reporting of marketing spend
 General field sales support
 Administrative support for UK office

Personal Specification & Core Competencies

 Min. of 3 years’ experience as a sales/marketing executive
 Knowledge of the UK Pet & Equine Industry is desired but not essential.

 Hardworking, dedicated, creative and self-motivated

Sales Support / Key Account Manager


The Role
The role will involve supporting the UK General Manager and the sales team in the management and development of both pet & equine sales in the UK. They will be involved in the execution of the sales strategy and management of Key Customer accounts across the core functions of the business.

This role will report to the UK General Manager. This role is based in Wymeswold, LE12 6SD, UK.

Key Accountabilities
Sales Support / UK KAM – Office Based
 Key Account Management – Pet, Sport Horse and Foran Healtcare.
 Increasing availability - updating stockist database for CRM web site
 Pipeline Development
 Champion for CRM system
 Development of monthly sales reports
 Coordinating sales meetings & circulating minutes
 UK Pricing Matrix
