Biography: From Pebbles in Scotland, Scott Brash MBE is continues to be counted among the best in the Longines World Rankings.

His father, Stanley (a former jockey), first introduced him to riding at the age of seven and it was his first pony, Minstrel, that began his love of horses. Scott competed at his first show at the age of nine and hasn't looked back since.

He made his break into top level international competition in 2010 and was selected for the World Equestrian Games that same year.

He was awarded an MBE in the 2012 New Year Honours List.

His achievements already include an Olympic gold medal and he was winner of the Global Champions Tour in both 2013 and 2014. In 2013, he was crowned the youngest ever LGCT Champion on 28 November in Doha which was also his 28th birthday.
